What This Inspection Covers
Casalta's drone program is fully operational: our DJI Air 3S is owned and FAA-registered under Part 107 (Registration FA39NWNEPP), the FAA Part 107 knowledge test has been passed, the FAA Remote Pilot Certificate is active, and drone liability coverage is included on Casalta's general liability/E&O policy.

Who It's For
This service is for homeowners and buyers with steep, fragile, or otherwise unsafe roofs, where aerial documentation is safer and more thorough than a physical walk of the roof.
Important to Know
Every flight still depends on weather, airspace, site conditions, and people present — a flight is never guaranteed, and this service is never described as a roof certification.
If a flight can't be performed, the report will identify the roof-access method used and any resulting limitation.
